NSAC San Clemente / Orange County, also known as YCBT Services, is located in the heart of San Clemente. YCBT Services is a private practice specializing in the provision of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) for social anxiety and other psychological difficulties.
At YCBT we are dedicated to expertise in the collection of cognitive-behavioral therapy interventions that will be individually tailored to your personal goals. Making the choice to begin CBT is the first step in a process aimed at teaching you the skills, strategies, and understandings to overcome these barriers and ultimately become your own therapist.
Our focus is evidence-based treatment, meaning all of the strategies and techniques we used have demonstrated efficacy in a wide group of people. We also emphasize measurement-based care, meaning that we proactively monitor progress towards your goals.
YCBT Services offers individual therapy for social anxiety to adults and teens, as well as a structured CBT for social anxiety group therapy program. Dr. Yeilding uses CBT as well as mindfulness, compassion, and acceptance-based strategies to help clients overcome their challenges in this group setting.

CLINIC REPRESENTATIVE TO NSAC:
Robert Yeilding, PsyD, A-CBT: Dr. Yeilding specializes in helping adults and adolescents with mood and anxiety disorders, including social anxiety, insomnia, panic disorder, OCD, relational difficulties, and managing and finding growth in life transitions. Treatment is provided with an individualized focus, and is collaboratively driven to create enduring results.
Dr. Yeilding received his BA in Psychology from UCLA and went on to earn his doctorate in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. He is a diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies. He has participated in training at the Beck Institute for CBT and has advanced training and experience in CBT for social anxiety.
Ivy Levin, LCSW: Ivy specializes in helping adults skillfully manage relationships, build self-confidence, and find more balance in their life with dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). While equipped to treat a variety of challenges, Ivy specializes in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, difficulties with emotion regulation, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, relationship difficulties and professional and academic challenges. Additionally, Ivy offers social skills training and professional coaching to enhance interpersonal effectiveness, confidence and leadership for working professionals. Ivy’s style is warm, direct, supportive, and down-to-earth.
