NOTICE: We offer in-person sessions and online services via secure video platforms for residents of Texas and PSYPACT-participating states.

NSAC Dallas, also known as Dallas CBT, provides therapy and assessment for children, teens and adults. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), exposure therapy, and exposure and response prevention (ERP). We’ve helped many people overcome social anxiety through both individual and group therapy. Our group program runs for 12–16 weeks and meets weekly for about two hours. In group, you’ll practice facing social fears, improving communication, and building confidence in a supportive environment. For those who prefer one-on-one work, we also offer individual CBT for social anxiety.
During therapy, you’ll learn what drives social anxiety and how to work with it differently. This includes recognizing the role of unhelpful thoughts, practicing new ways of thinking, and gradually building comfort in situations that once felt overwhelming. Treatment is personalized; your goals and experiences shape how we approach each step. Whether in group or individual therapy, our goal is to help you face fears with support, build resilience, and move toward a more confident, connected life.
