NOTICE: We offer in-person sessions at our Denver office, and teletherapy sessions (including virtual reality therapy) in Colorado and all PsyPACT participating states.

NSAC Denver, also known as CBT Denver, is located in central Denver and serves the greater Denver area, all of Colorado and all PsyPACT participating states via in person and teletherapy sessions. All CBT Denver clinicians are experts in evidence-based treatments for social anxiety disorder, as well as generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, depression, insomnia, trauma, OCD, and many other conditions.

We offer cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and many other evidence-based therapies. Our approach is goal-oriented, practical and collaborative. We teach our clients the skills they need to overcome their challenges and to lead more fulfilling and meaningful lives. Our therapists are passionate about working with clients and engage in supervision and training, workshop development and have strong relationships with local organizations, institutions and providers.

Dr. Neaman is a licensed clinical psychologist at the Depression and Anxiety Specialty Clinic of Chicago.

CLINIC REPRESENTATIVE TO NSAC:
Antonia M. Pieracci, PhD is a Founding Partner at CBTDenver in Denver, CO and A Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies. Dr. Pieracci specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy for individuals with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, insomnia and treats many other problems as well. Her approach is skills-based, short-term and compassionate. Her treatment incorporates cognitive, behavioral, mindfulness, and acceptance techniques.

Dr. Pieracci is trained in the following: cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness- Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), behavioral activation (BA), prolonged exposure (PE), Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for PTSD.

Prior to founding CBT Denver, Dr. Pieracci served as a Senior Instructor and Co-Director of the Dialectical Behavior Therapy program at the University of Colorado Depression Center and a Senior Staff member at the American Institute for Cognitive Therapy in New York City. She was an adjunct faculty supervisor at both the Ferkauf Graduate Program in New York City, and the University of Denver. Dr. Pieracci directed an externship for clinical psychology graduate students at the University of Denver. Dr. Pieracci recently consulted with a local Colorado nonprofit to develop, train and implement a mental health intensive outpatient program (IOP) for depression and anxiety.
